• Median Sold Price has increased slightly in Chandler, Gilbert, Mesa and Tempe compare to June 2014
• Overall Number of Homes Sold is increased, except Gilbert compare to June 2014
• Overall DOM (Days on Market) has increased compare to June 2014
• Observation: Leading towards Buyer's Market
• Buyer has more negotiation power to buy
